Return & Refund Policy

At MAHADEV READYMADE CHOHTAN, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may be eligible to return a product under the following conditions:

• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact

• You initiate the return within 7 days of receiving the product

• The product is not part of any sale, discount, or clearance promotion (unless damaged or defective)

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns on:

• Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer

• Customized or altered items (e.g., size alterations done as per request)

• Sale or discounted items unless they arrive damaged or defective

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Please email us at Mahadevreadymadectn2023@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery for replacement.

• Include your order ID, a brief description, and clear images of the damage or defect

• After verification, we will arrange a replacement within 7 days or initiate a refund, as applicable

4. Return Process

To return an eligible product:

• Contact our team at Mahadevreadymadectn2023@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return

• We will guide you with the next steps and shipping details

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges unless the item was received damaged or incorrect

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund or replacement

5. Refund Policy

• Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days to the bank account from the date of return approval

• Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment

• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may require your bank details to initiate a refund

• Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable

6. Exchange Policy

• We offer size exchanges for eligible clothing products

• Exchanges are subject to product availability

• You must notify us within 7 days of delivery for a size exchange

• The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us; we will ship the replacement item once we receive and inspect the original
